Declined Jailbreak:Lethal taunting as red

I just feel that reds shouldn't be allowed to get away with lethal taunting as it's pretty much attempted murder.

It also makes freeday heavies overpowered as they can deal 500 damage at a distance without any consequence if they miss.

How can we punish someone for something they didn't do?
If they missed they haven't killed a guard, therefore they have not rebelled and taunted which is allowed unless otherwise specified.
Not only that but it opens what is a clear cut into something where the warden, an often biased individual decides whether or not a user was trying to kill someone, rules that are open to interpretation should be avoided at all costs.

If you find this is an issue then declare lethal taunts or all taunts are KOS when you are the warden.

It's just a matter of warden's decision if they declare lethal taunting is KOS or not, as R4 stated above. I wouldn't say it's unfair against the blues, since they shouldn't be close to the reds at all with common sense.
