Was playing the Scotland anthem and got muted for 60 mins

Rules state, or as I’ve been told previously by staff members that you can play music as long as the majority likes it and it is not interrupting / talking over warden. I don’t want this mute to be on my recent punishments as, explained, I didn’t do anything. I would’ve stopped the music if someone in chat wanted to speak or some people didn’t like it.
