Requesting a server unban/unmute/ungag appeal

I know this may not be needed, but I just want to point out how long ago my ban was, and who I was:

With that out the way this is my appeal.

2.) Explain what happened / why you have been banned:

Back then when my ban occurred, I was playing other games, I also may have been offline because of exams but I don’t recall so.

When I rejoined I was banned, confused and utterly sad by this, until I came to the odd assumption (previous appeal) to why I was banned.

I was mad at this, as it was really unfair at this point that I later found out that those other profile links were my brother’s, as he was trying to prove to me that he was better at the game (I still was, but today I start off fresh) and as I found out that he was cheating.

I, on my young end caring for my brother, did not want to report his hacks, but tried to get him off TF2 and the servers. This failed and backstabbed me, leading to my ban.

I should have reported, but this is not why I made this appeal.

I made this to get my ban removed because of my brother’s cheating ways and myself being too childish to report or care to let the server know to ban him.

One of the odds I heard was that my brother was using, somehow, my IP to falsely accuse me. I’m not even sure if this is true.

If I get unbanned, I will make a promise that I will report my brother for his cheats, even if that profile does not have one I will still report him as I found out that trusting him is not going to last long, and he does not learn.

3.) Tell us why we should unban you:

I want a second chance to redeem myself for who I was not or falsely accused to be seen as.

So you claim that your brother made multiple accounts to cheat on the server to prove he was better than you, somehow?

I claim and have seen him trying to be better than me in a few games I have played (mostly TF2), and since I mostly played on Wonderland back then he tend to join the servers back then a lot. I believe that the two accounts that got VAC banned were already taken care of. I also believe that as per VAC ban he creates another account to best me in the game.

It may not be believable as said by one of the staff in my old appeal, but this is the truth and I swear by it.

After investigation, I have to agree with the decision made on your previous appeal, that being that your excuse is suspicious at best.

Furthermore, your IP address needs to remain banned either way, since your "brother" has used multiple accounts to cheat on our servers from it, including a new one after your ban. Ergo, we can not lift your IP's ban without risking future offenses.
