Accepted Permabanned for "duplicate account"

2.) Explain what happened / why you have been banned:
I join the Wonderland FL Trade Plaza server and, before I even load in, I receive a message saying I was banned. I go to check on the bans page and I see its a permaban with the reason being "Duplicate Account".

3.) Tell us why we should unban you:
I do have one other Steam account but, as far I as can remember, have not visited this server or any Wonderland servers with that or any other account. I would like to be unbanned as I believe this is unfair or, at the very least, I would like to further understand why I was banned.

I never have a VPN or proxy open when playing Team Fortress 2. I do, however, play TF2 through Geforce Now which gives me a cloud computer to play on. I assume that computer would have a differnent IP from mine which might have caused this issue.

seems you have a dynamic ip, so you were connected to a banned account. Seeming as there is nothing suspicious I'll unban you, contact me if this issue happens again.
