This person was called out by Frux Moondragon and I had to spectate and this is what I saw.
I cannot find his steam profile but I am sure you can trace back his steamid.

Although I am convinced that this user is using cheats, it will prove difficult to get
the correct user's steamid.

If you can please provide the steamid of the user. it may be helpful to go to your "recently played with"

I cannot find him in my recently played with section though unfortunately I tried looking up his name on steam and I cannot find him
I have tried using backpack.tf also but cannot find him there as if he has changed his name.
