This is guy was abusing voteban system to ban a friend, he try 4 times and he won once, but later we come back at the server, both we feel annoyed with this user trying ban anyone without reason.

Although, as provided, I can conclude that the user has used the vote ban system there is no context in which can prove that the user has done anything wrong in this report

Upon further inspection, in the logs, I can see many accounts of staff impersonation.
Some comments he makes suggests that he would voteban due to "killing an admin". With this evidence the user has been punish for his actions.
