I'll write the time stamps of all the parts where his shots seemed to be off but still managed to get hits on the hitbox of the player. It would be best to slow down the video to 0.25 slow motion to see when he pulls the trigger and where it hits.

0:09 You can see the hitbox is being hit after the ambi was shot threw the little spark near the demomans model.
0:10 He shot the floor but somehow hit the demoman you can hear his hurt with the voice sound.

Also during this video he has 65 hours on TeamFortress 2 , i will put a screenshot down here just in-case he privates his profile again if he is suspicious
He was 60 ping by the way after i finished recording he was on the server for like 5-15 minutes and I typed status in console.
