Declined Racism appeal?

Reason for appeal: I was banned for racism. I never used any racial,homophobic, or any offensive terms and words in the server today.

Evidence: I'm not sure how to get the evidence but I'm pretty sure if u check the chat logs there is no proof of racism. Not even in voice chat.

I should be appealed because there is no evidence about me being racist.

I have spoken with the administrator who banned you (@Holly) and they have verified you said the n-word twice. While yes, there may not be evidence considering the offence was via voice chat, I am more inclined to believe a staff member as a point of evidence over you. Especially considering you have been unbanned from a permanent ban in the past. While the ban may not have been for racism, it still shows that you have been given a second chance in the past, and you will not be given a third.
