Declined Some Ban I got after a dang year

yes i was banned on 2019 May 13th and i forgot how this has happened the only things i might know is a ban for using the sv_cheats Command or maybe something else. i cant remember what happened so i might have to do something to Read The Rules Before Playing. And I forgot they have rules to the game.

After doing some investigating, I've decided that the ban is valid. Considering that the reason was for sv_cheats violation and that only occurs on cheating clients which try and modify server plugins, there isn't a feasible way for it to be a false ban.
