So the next map vote came in this guy starting to spam f1 in the chat, I even tried to stop him, but nooo he kept doing it.

Alright so the screenshot you provided is very low quality, so I'm not able to see chat clearly. (I see that there's chat-spam, but not the username of who is spamming.) I tried checking the chat-logs of Sergei to see if there was chat-spam, but there's nothing.

Are you able to provide a better quality screenshot? Alternatively, are you sure that you got the right player?

He changed his name, or he just enabled his steam profile.

His username is still Sergei, and the latter shouldn't be the case since he has chat-logs from Nov. 11, 2019. Again, do you have a better quality screenshot?
