btw forum reports are good that way there’s proof it actually happened and we can ban the user

There are a lot of staff, not everyone of them can be on at the same time

On top of that there are many many many many many servers to cover.

As stated above there's other methods you can use in the case you get no response from CallAdmin such as via Discord, contacting staff over Steam, and filing reports on the forums (though I don't recommend the latter if you're looking for a more immediate response).

However we can't simply hire more staff, we have a high standard for staff and so, until we get any suitable applicants for staff in the future, we won't be recruiting any new staff anytime soon.

That would be like saying you need more police officers so they would be everywhere when something happens which just isn't feasible.
