Invalid Trying to get rid of previous punishments

I got guard banned for 4800 minutes even though it was false admins didn't believe me. So now i'm just trying to get rid of my previous punishments
so I don't get another ban like this.

I waited 4 months before my ban and my thing never expired. Do I have to wait again since I got guard banned or do I have to wait a longer amount of time?
