Hello, so basically I wanted to go and play zombie survival and decided to join your server(for the first time) . I connected to the server and boom I was permabanned. As the ban message suggested I went to wonderland ban page and saw I was banned for duplicate account.

I wish to get unbanned because I have not played on your server and so I do not own any alternate accounts which have been punished.

I have never seen, nor used those accounts. I have only been playing with this account and this account only on your servers. It may be that my ip might have collided with someone else's ip.
