I was banned for cheating, in an achievement server... This is because a few people thought that I shot a cloaked spy out of no where. I should get unbanned from the server because I got nothing else to do, but sit around on an achievement server all day and afk.

After reviewing the footage my fellow staff member who banned you was invisible as a sniper and spy on 2 separate occasions and after looking at the footage there was no sort of indication as to where they were on both times. Also when the staff member was invisible as the sniper you proceeded to look straight at them and shoot directly in their general site. But, before I come to a verdict I would like your side of the story.

1, I saw his unusual. It wasn't too hard to see. Y'all should try fixing that problem. 2, You have this thing where you're able to see another person's name when staring at them. That is how I knew he was there. Which you should also fix.

After testing this out I can confirm that these things happen when invisible so I will unban you now. So sorry for the inconvenience that we may have caused and we will try to see if any of these things you said will be fixed.
