Declined Unbanned after my first ban but i got banned again ;-;

So first of all.. since someone on wonderland forums reported me i got my first ban [ i killed him cuz he was Killing Friendlies and he was getting instant headshots with over 100 ping, all i did was to stand up to him]
but today i was un-banned, all i did was to change my Steam name.. and i didn't see any admins joining the game as i browsed the console after i got banned.

idk pls tell, does it have anything to do with that Guy i mentioned in this [Appeal] Earlier?
Why should we un-ban you!?
i'm guessing y'all thought i was using a duplicate account.. i wasn't. i just changed my Profile name, so i don't know if that's a crime or not?

The reason was for Racism, which was proved by the screenshots shown below. "Bigga" is an obvious variation of the n-word. Additionally, saying "Allah Akbar" could come off as racist.

We do not tolerate racism. Your ban has been extended, as you have a previous similar punishment. Appeal declined.
