2) I have been banned for deliberately advertising server IPs roughly a year ago. I believe it was on a dm_duel EU server.
3) I understand that it's only common sense that advertising other servers would not be tolerated, I just did not think of that back then. Didn't mean to advertise that server at any point, I just wanted to help a guy out (the server in question was a rocket jumping server. Wasn't sure if wonderland.tf had any jump_academy map servers running). If I recall correctly, at the time my account on steam was limited, therefore I could not add that person to my friends list and DM them.
I realize what I have done and won't make that mistake again.
