Either Sawmill or Hightower. I like symmetrical maps for some reason, and they're both evenly balanced maps.

For MvM, I've had lots of fun playing Wave 666 on Ghost Town. The original, Coal Town, is also very nice.

For non-MvM, Dustbowl was one of (if not the) first maps I played on when I got TF2, so it holds a special place in my heart.
