Just get an Australium Slightly biased towards Diamond Botkiller Sniper Rifle since it was my first botkiller, but I think Gold Botkiller Sniper Rifle Mk.II is better.
Diamond Botkiller Wrench probably, I like the aesthetic of the head being the head of the wrench, so you're now hitting your stuff with the robot you murdered.
Just don't get the rocket launcher botkiller. I made that mistake once. As soon as you rocket jump, it just shoots up in your face covering your entire viewing angle.
