Why can't I post things?

I got video proof of a cheater and his friend breaking the rules in one of the JB servers and for some reason I can't post a thread or anything. Do I need to do something to be able to send proof?

If it's too big, I'd suggest you post it on a 3rd party video uploader or make the report on Discord. It's faster and easier.
