Accepted Why did i get banned?

I woke up this morning to play some tf2 after eating. when i went on one of the wonderland trade plazas it told me i was permanently banned! i dont know why. i would please like a reason and a chance do be unbanned. Thanks! (My steam username is Mailbox btw)_

Are you sure you don't? Because the IP you are banned on is of a VPN service.

im sure. I even checked my entire PC for a VPN and there is none
