I was thinking of doing something funny like "Don't ask me anything" or "Ask if you can ask me something," but I'd also like to do a genuine AMA since I'm a senior admin and I have been around WLN since 2017. Feel free to ask me questions about my experiences here and anything else that interests you.

what's your least favorite part about administrating?
I would first like to point out that your member ID is "6969." That is completely unrelated, but I just noticed that now from quoting your post.

I would say my least favorite part about administrating is personally mistakes. I am a perfectionist, and I also view staff positions as role-model positions, so naturally I hate when I fuck-up.

For a more general answer to your question (as in, something I hate that is apart of administrative work), I would say I dislike dragging out hostile arguments (informal; where the other party is clearly aggravated) and staff management. Being undercover on Jailbreak also sucks since a lot can go wrong at once, but you have to avoid taking action and instead going for the big fish.

YOOO IT IS

Ah, I see. I'm more of a big picture/direct kind of person, so I'm not that offended over small details.

Although I do agree about the role model sense, I suppose I don't take it as far as you do. I do believe that staff should act professional in front of players, however.

favorite staff member? (can't be yourself obviously)

if you don't answer that question

favorite video game?
I don't want to pick favorites among the current staff, but I do hold a fair amount of respect for @Xypher and @R4 for helping me out when I was more of a noob to the community.

For your second question: Team Fortress 2. I have many games I could name that are very nostalgic to me, but TF2 has had the greatest impact on my life. Without it, I wouldn't have met like 99% of the people I know online.

What's the best and worst anime you've watched?
and
Do you have any phobias or fear?
My personal favorites are JoJo's Bizarre Adventure and Boku no Hero Academia.

But being more objective, Parasyte and Mob Psycho 100 are two anime I have watched and I highly recommend. I also recommend Code Geass.

As for bad anime, well this is tough since if I find an anime bad, I usually don't watch it fully. Out of anime I have seen fully, though, I'd have to say Darling in the FranXX and Tokyo Ghoul, both for their own reasons.

I don't have any diagnosed phobias, but I really dislike that "popping" noise that comes from static audio sometimes. I also find irregular bumps disturbing.

Asking 8 something. Hmmm. I am going to ask what is the worst things admins had to deal with or you experience?
Past issues between/with staff. I won't go into too much detail, and it doesn't have to do with anyone currently staff of course, but those were the worst things I had to deal with.

What may come as a surprise though is that no players stand out to me as the worst. I used to be bothered by toxic people in TF2, but now I am pretty desensitized to it, and the bad apples don't negatively affect me enough to chock them as a "worst." The sole exception I would give though is some cheaters I have encountered in-game.

Nice. I am going to say with Tokyo ghoul my friends always tell me to watch it. I have then I stopped and read part 7 jojo so yeah.
Read Tokyo Ghoul instead of watching it. The anime adaptation doesn't do the manga justice.

One more question (always intrigues me)
So. Super-Admin, Sentinel and Senior Admin. Are they the same thing?
Senior admin is the same as sentinel, the rank was just renamed. Super-admin is a different rank, and it was removed a long while ago. I guess, to compare senior and super-admin, super-admin technically had more authority.

In your eyes, what makes a good or bad staff application?
Honestly, I don't care about the application nearly as much as the applicant. Good applicants can have piss-poor writing and vice-versa. However, a good application is one that is fleshed out and responds to the questions in full, but isn't needlessly fluffed out. I much prefer concise answers over multi-paragraph ones if it can be avoided.

I feel like there are also many factors to this since My schedule is tight and might not leave enough time moderate the servers, high school might effect me as in I will try to focus on school grades rather than tf2 as well but all said I still want to help out this community a lot still...

Should I try applying right now? I’ve been working on my behavior and such and can see a big change but I’m asking if I have any flaws (I naturally do) so that I could work on them if you would be so kind as to point them out. :katnaisu:
You are 13 (according to your age on the forums, so I'm not sure if that's correct) and have a history of punishments. It's a large jump from that to a staff position. While I will give it to you that your chat-logs look clean, I have not seen you in-game a lot recently to give you a good opinion on your behavior, since I know you also use voice-chat frequently. Overall, I think you will need to focus on proving your maturity and responsibility, as I know I would be reluctant to support you considering the first two things I mentioned. So far, what you are doing good though is this improvement, activity in-game, reporting rule-breakers, and being a long-time, Jailbreak regular.

Speaking of activity,
I feel like there are also many factors to this since My schedule is tight and might not leave enough time moderate the servers, high school might effect me as in I will try to focus on school grades rather than tf2 as well but all said I still want to help out this community a lot still...
While behavior is important, activity is equally important. You seem like an active regular now, but if you anticipate there will be future issues to cause you to lose this activity, then you could reconsider if you should apply now. Always prioritize school over TF2, of course.
