What is the meaning of life?

We love a good loaded question.
Depends on your viewpoint. For years when I was younger and more depressed I always claimed "the meaning of life is to die", that wasn't necessarily a depressing intent answer but more a purely scientific one. So the idea was you are born so you can do minimal in the world and when you die, that'll be it, you then contribute towards the circle of life.
Now though, I see it differently. There isn't a meaning per se, but there is a purpose. To me, that purpose is to try make the people who put in the effort to care about me and for whom I care for smile or laugh. I love all of them to pieces because they sacrifice their time for me. That's what I believe the purpose of life is.

He's been playing a game called "Team Fortress", should I be worried?

You should retain vigilance, or he the symptoms may escalate.

Or you may still him entirely and have him play big brain games to then heal the stupid. I suggest Grand Theft Auto IV or under. V is smol brain.
