I played football for ~8 years of my life. (Until uni started) and i was in goal. Best moment, was ball comes back to me. I pelt this ball as hard as i can, wind takes it and long story short i beat the opponent goalie off his line and it was a screaming goal. Absolute scenes

But the one time I did, I scored a goal on the enemy goalie, from my field to his.
It was really just luck; the ball slipped out of the goalie's hands 'cause I kicked it real hard.
That day, everyone was talking about the game-saving play that I did.
Felt good to be a hero for a while.
